What information do we collect?

We only collect the basic information linked to your Google account when you sign in:

• Name and email address.
• Profile photo (avatar).
• User identification information (User ID) from the authentication service.
• Cloud API usage data, including translated character counts, to enforce the quota limits of your selected plan.

How we use your information

We use your information to maintain and deliver the LingoFlow service, process payments securely, and manage your account.

LingoFlow does not permanently store the content you submit for translation. Text passes through our application and is processed directly by the Cloud API.

Privacy of translated content

All text data you submit is encrypted in transit. We do not use your personal text data to train our own AI models or sell it to third parties.

Account deletion

If you want to delete your account and remove all linked personal data, go to Account Management or contact us by email.
